An electric nail file is a must-have for any nail tech, but also a handy tool for anyone who loves getting their nail done. An e file or a nail drill as they are known is used to speed up the nail filing process. Decreasing the service time of doing nails and allowing you to file in hard-to-reach areas.

No electric nail files aren’t bad for your nails. It is in the way you use them, for example if you file into or hard onto the nail bed it can damage or scratch the nails. You can also hit you the skin around the the nail. That is why you should always use an electric nail file with care and not try to press too hard of make sudden movements.
